ERP system coordinator/owner

We are looking for an ERP system coordinator/owner to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the implementation and daily operation of the Maconomy ERP system. If you are precise, have a strong system-thinking approach, and enjoy working with multiple departments, this position is for you!
IT’S ALL ABOUT…
- Supporting the implementation of the ERP system, participating in customization and testing
- Liaising with the external implementation team and internal departments (Finance, HR, Management, PMs, Office team, Sysadmin team, etc.)
- Configuring system parameters, importing data, and training new users
- Creating training materials for different user roles (HR, Finance, Asset Management, Project modules, etc.)
- Assisting users, resolving issues, and troubleshooting challenges
- Creating and maintaining SAP/BO reports based on business needs

WHAT YOU HAVE!
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or IT
- Precision, accuracy, and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- High stress tolerance and resilience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong system-thinking ability
- Proficiency in English
