Senior IT Business Analyst (AI enabled)
You’ll be working on international, technologically diversified, geographically distributed projects (from small to middle size) which last usually 1-2 years. The role increasingly involves AI-enabled solutions, so you’ll be expected to identify where AI creates genuine business value and translate those opportunities into actionable requirements alongside traditional software delivery work.

Build a bridge between the client and the development team

Defining product backlog and specifying user stories
Gap analysis
Understanding the business goals
Discovering and mapping end-to-end process flows, including identifying opportunities for AI enhancement
Be responsible for meeting business goals
Lead the backlog refinement and participate in sprint planning, demo, and retrospective sessions
Supporting the testing process by providing guidance to the QA colleagues
Build a good working relationship with clients
Foster agile and lean best practices with a continuous development mindset
Translate client business problems into AI-addressable solutions and support feasibility assessments for AI components
Contribute to presales engagements with input on AI solution scoping and effort estimation

WHAT YOU HAVE!
Minimum 7 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
Fluency in English is essential for the job
Working successfully with development teams to deliver custom-designed software
Ability to learn new business domains quickly and efficiently
Ability to discover if there are conflicts and/or gaps in the requirements
Ability to set priorities of backlog items considering the technical dependencies and business benefits
Modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
Using the MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Working with issue management tools such as Jira, Redmine and VersionOne
Practice in online team management and meetings
Experience in cooperation with international and domestic clients
Working knowledge of AI capabilities and limitations — ability to assess AI feasibility and set realistic expectations with stakeholders
Familiarity with prompt engineering principles and LLM interaction patterns
Conceptual understanding of AI agent workflows, RAG architectures, and retrieval/embedding strategies
Awareness of major AI platforms and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) and workflow automation tools
Self-directed learning mindset to stay current with rapidly evolving AI tools, models, and techniques, and bring that knowledge into client work
