Adatközponti hardver üzemeltető rendszermérnök

FELADATOK:

• Adatközponti hardver infrastruktúra kialakítási, fejlesztési és üzemeltetési feladatainak

támogatása

• Adatközponti területek, szerver, tároló és SAN környezetek kialakítása, fejlesztése,

üzemeltetése és felügyelete

• Üzemeltetés során jelentkező változás igények implementálása, incidensek megoldása,

problémakezelési folyamatok támogatása

• Üzemeltetett eszközök rendszeres frissítése és hardening beállításainak elvégzése

• Adatgyűjtési, riportolási és automatizációs feladatok végrehajtása

• Rendszerdokumentációk, nyilvántartások, üzemeltetési eljárásrendek készítése és

naprakészen tartása

• Adatközponti hardver üzemeltetési területet értintő audit adatszolgáltatások

támogatása

• Együttműködés a társterületi csapatokkal

• Készenlét biztosítása az üzemeltetett rendszerek vonatkozásában, továbbá tervezett-,

és incidensek esetén nyújtott túlóra, szükség esetén helyszíni megjelenéssel

• Részvétel a technológiai alapinfrastruktúrát érintő fejlesztési projektekben

• Kapcsolattartás a szolgáltatói, partneri és gyártói támogató szervezetekkel

• Technológia változások követése, javaslattétel az alkalmazásukra

ELVÁRÁSOK:

• Informatikai felsőfokú végzettség, vagy legalább 3 év releváns szakmai tapasztalat

• Magabiztosság az adatközponti eszközök és technológiák üzemeltetésében

• Nagyvállalati technológiai infrastruktúra ismeretekkel rendelkezik

• Nyitott az új technológiák és folyamatok elsajátítására és gyakorlati alkalmazására

• Kommunikációs szintű angol nyelvtudással rendelkezik szóban és írásban egyaránt

• Jó a kommunikációs és kapcsolatteremtő készsége

• Mindemellett rugalmasság, terhelhetőség és jó dokumentációs készség jellemzi

• B kategóriás jogosítvány és saját autó helyszíni kiszállásho

Your Responsibilities as a Tech Lead

Lead the design and development of mobile applications with a strong focus on quality and modern engineering practices.
Contribute to and supervise architectural decisions for projects.
Drive key technical choices and ensure alignment with long‑term technical strategy.
Mentor and guide engineers at various seniority levels.
Conduct code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
Define development roadmaps and contribute to technology direction across the company.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams (UX, backend, QA).
Solve complex technical challenges and support transparent, predictable delivery.

Requirements (Must Have)

Core Technical Skills

Experience with React Native — able to design, develop, review, and lead React Native‑based projects.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
Familiarity with the React ecosystem (Redux, Zustand, MobX, Jotai, etc.).
Experience integrating REST APIs or GraphQL.
Understanding of CI/CD processes in mobile development (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise).
Basic understanding of iOS and Android environments, build tools, and release processes.

Leadership & Collaboration

Solid architectural mindset and ability to design scalable solutions.
Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience leading or mentoring software engineers.
Ownership mentality, proactive problem‑solving, and ability to drive decisions.

Nice to Have

Related or Adjacent Technologies

Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) experience.
Knowledge of modern data libraries like React Query or SWR.
Web frontend development experience (e.g., React, Next.js).

Complementary Skill Sets

Experience with other cross‑platform technologies (Flutter, Xamarin, Kotlin Multiplatform).
Mobile security knowledge (OWASP MASVS).
Mobile UI test automation (Detox, Appium).
DevOps or infrastructure experience (Docker, Kubernetes).
